Week 1

BUILD CONTROL

Learn control first.

Before you can perform under pressure, you need a system you can rely on.

This week is about building your baseline and installing a reset you can use on demand.

What You’ll Train:

• How stress impacts your breathing, focus, and decision-making

• A repeatable “downshift” you can use in under 60 seconds

• Awareness of where your attention goes—and how to take it back

Outcome:

You’ll leave this week with something most people don’t have: the ability to

downshift your state on command

Week 2

TRAIN RECOVERY

Recover on purpose.

Most people stay stuck in stress because they never truly come out of it.

This week is about turning recovery into a skill—so you can reset quickly and get back to baseline without losing your edge.

What You’ll Train:

• The difference between real recovery and just “checking out”

• How to come down from stress without killing your drive

• How to reset your nervous system between efforts

Outcome:

You won’t just handle stress better—

you’ll come back faster and more consistently

Week 3

PERFORM UNDER PRESSURE

Execute with edge

Performance isn't about being perfectly calm—it's about staying in control while operating in 5th gear.

This week is about taking your training into the field, staying steady when it matters, and executing your plan without the mental noise.

What You’ll Train:

• How to recognize your unique "pressure patterns" before they take over

• How to maintain cognitive clarity when your heart rate is elevated

• Instant refocusing tactics for high-stakes moments

Outcome:

You’ll walk away with the "X-factor" in performance:

the ability to stay sharp and execute while everyone else is freezing up

Daily training, done in 10–20 minutes

Each day follows the same simple flow: learn one technique, do a guided practice, then write one short reflection to lock it in.
