PERFORM UNDER PRESSURE

Execute with edge


Performance isn't about being perfectly calm—it's about staying in control while operating in 5th gear.


This week is about taking your training into the field, staying steady when it matters, and executing your plan without the mental noise.



What You’ll Train:


• How to recognize your unique "pressure patterns" before they take over

• How to maintain cognitive clarity when your heart rate is elevated

• Instant refocusing tactics for high-stakes moments




Outcome:


You’ll walk away with the "X-factor" in performance:

the ability to stay sharp and execute while everyone else is freezing up

Daily training, done in 10–20 minutes

Each day follows the same simple flow: learn one technique, do a guided practice, then write one short reflection to lock it in.
