The Problem

Stress on the job isn’t optional. How you recover from it is. You’re trained for the call, but not for what it does to your body and mind afterward.

You learn skills for high-pressure moments. Then you’re expected to “shake it off” and show up the same the next day, even when sleep, mood, and focus take the hit.
Recovery is a job skill you can practice. We teach repeatable drills to downshift faster, reset after tough shifts, and build steady habits that hold up when the work gets heavy.

Trusted in the field
YFFR gives first responders practical tools to process stress in real time. I used it as a simple reset between calls and after tough incidents.
